techCONNECT Support Options

We understand that technical or account issues can be frustrating, which is why we want to ensure that you know all the options available to you for support from techCONNECT.

Here are the various options for reaching out to us:

Call us: You can reach our office on 013 013 0310 from 8AM to 5PM daily. For after-hours support, please use our standby number on 072 261 4324. We attend to this number from 5PM to 10 PM on weekdays, and from 8AM to 5PM on weekends and public holidays.

Whatsapp us: You may also use our cell number on 072 261 4324 to send us a message on Whatsapp.

Email us: If you prefer to email us, you may do so by sending a message to help@techconnect.africa. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Check status online: To quickly check whether any towers are down in your area, visit https://status.techshops.co.za.

Use the app: You can download the Splynx app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This app allows you to log support requests, check your invoices and payments, and view data usage. If you need help setting up the app, please give us a ring.

Visit us: Our technicians are always ready to help and meet our clients for a chat. You can visit us at our shops in Komatipoort (Shop 19 in the Komati Spar Centre) or in Tonga (Opposite Tonga Mall in the Ghumman Business Centre, Second Floor).
