There are several ways to settle your bill with us:
1. Debit Orders: You can choose to have your monthly subscription automatically deducted from your bank account via a debit order. To set this up, please send an email to help@techconnect.africa and we’ll send you a debit order form for authorization. To download the debit order mandate, please click here.
2. EFT: You can make payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the banking details provided on your monthly invoice. Be sure to use your account number to avoid any confusion.
3. Customer Portal: You will soon receive sign-on details to your own customer portal, where you can view your bill and choose from a variety of payment methods to settle your account.
