Apex CRM enables our support team to assist multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring quicker response times and more efficient problem-solving. Our dedicated technicians can now log on and respond to multiple queries, which means you won’t be left waiting when you need assistance.
To initiate a conversation with our support team, follow these simple steps:
Initiate the Conversation: Simply send a “Hi” to our dedicated WhatsApp support number, 072 261 4324.
Identify Yourself: The system will ask for your name. Please provide this so we can personalize your support experience.
Select Your Support Channel: After providing your name, choose one of three options: 1 for Technical Support, 2 for Sales, or 3 for Accounts. This will direct your query to the right team.
I want to assure you that despite this new system, you are not talking to a bot. Real people from our dedicated support team are on the other end, ready to assist you. The system is designed to streamline your query to the right department for faster resolution, but it is our human team that will be addressing your concerns.
We are able to handle queries in English, Afrikaans and siSwati.
Our support hours on the new system are from 8 AM to 10 PM on Mondays to Fridays, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends and public holidays.
